Pump systems
"NS-Technologies" provides services in the production of control cabinets (link), pumping units for automatic water supply and pressure increase when supplying water from central water supply networks or storage tanks (see more details "Purpose of installations").
Our clients are provided with an integrated approach from design work to manufacturing and commissioning, followed by service maintenance of our products.
As a rule, our solutions are implemented on the basis of Grundfos, WILO, Ebara and DAB pumps, which are the best technical solutions on the market, but at the customer's request, the station assembly can be implemented on any pumps and in any configurations and options according to the client's technical documentation.
The installation consists of:
- several vertical multistage or horizontal cantilever monoblock pumps;
- suction and discharge manifold;
- control cabinet;
- shut-off valves and control devices mounted on a common metal frame.

We will agree on an estimate and issue an invoice - CONTRACT
We conclude an agreement with the client for the supply and installation of the solution. - COMMISSIONING WORKS
We carry out commissioning and installation supervision at the client's sit - POST-WARRANTY SERVICE
The warranty period for our products is 1 year.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Temperature of the pumped-over liquid: 0-70°С.
- Ambient temperature: 0-40°С.
- Maximum system pressure: 16 bar.
- On request, it is possible to manufacture installations designed for a higher maximum pressure in the system.
- The suction pressure ensures that there is no cavitation in the installation.
